At D.Franklin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange.

Return Process

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Ship Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
